Card Payment
For orders and samples with a value of $1500 USD, we accept Visa or Mastercard payments, as well as all other credit or debit cards, up to that amount. Please note that because we use card processors overseas, the amount charged to your card might be slightly different from the Euro value shown during checkout. This difference is due to international exchange rates, which we cannot control. Additionally, your bank may charge you an international transaction fee. This fee is imposed by your bank and is not related to our services.
Bank Transfer
If your order value is over $1500 USD the only method of payment is via bank transfer. Please select bank transfer as your payment method and we will email you our bank details within 24 hours so that you can make your payment. No orders will be shipped until your payment shows as cleared funds in our account.
All payment have to be done online with credit card or by bank transfer. No other form of payment is accepted.
All payments for goods must be made via international wire transfer directly to our bank account, the order will be ship after the payment received in our bank account, and to handle any misunderstanding both of sales and customer, please you contact us through phone/email after you have make a payment and email us with the scan proof of the payment by your bank, so we can released your order immediately to be shipped. You are responsible for all bank transfer fees. we will ship your order once your payment is received.
Cancellations of orders:
If you wish to cancel any order placed you must notify us prior to your order reaching the status of ” Awaiting ASIA / EU Shipping” or “Awaiting ASIA / EU Shipping Tracked ” once your order reaches one of these statuses it is not possible to amend or cancel. An administration cancellation fee of 10% of your order total .
